• Comply with all applicable lending, privacy, and consumer-protection regulations.

Nexys provides tools designed with lending-industry and regulatory-compliance experience in mind. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations, and all users are advised to seek legal advice for their unique requirements.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexys disclaims all warranties not expressly stated and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
